There are many things that can show dog behavior problems and many, many reasons why they can incur. A dog is an animal that needs stimulation and consistency, it’s something that needs to be provided and thought about before considering getting a dog. I will go through some of the common behavior problems.
Barking a lot can be a constant nuisance and can cause so much anxiety not only for you but for your pet. What you have to look at is why could my dog be acting like this, there has to be a reason for it. Barking, whining and growling are all forms of dog behavior problems and it could be caused by a number of things such as boredom, anxiety or illness. A dog can also show this when it is being overly domineering.
A disobedient dog does need a firm hand, not physically this will only encourage the dog to become either anxious or aggressive which will only heighten the dog’s behavioral problems more. It might not be any other reason then you are not giving the dog clear and consist instructions therefore you need to look at what you are trying to teach your dog; don’t just assume that it is always your dog’s fault. You need to be the pack leader remember.
Dog that bites can be one of the hardest parts of dog behavior problems obviously because it not only puts you and people around you in danger but it can be lethal for the dog if it happens to bite and go too far. It is an aggressive side to bad behavior however the reasons in which a dog could do this are vast. He or she could be ill or in pain which would cause this aggression, it could even be too territorial which is also a common problem where biting dogs are concerned. Watch out for this one.
Dog behavior problems also have another common instigator which comes in the form of wetting when the dog gets over excited. This is a common problem and it can come from a number of things. A dog obviously takes up a lot of time and needs a lot of attention if there isn’t enough stimulation for the dog, when contact is finally made it over excites them. There also could be medical reasons why your dog could use your house as a toilet for example a weak bladder.
